SpringHill Suites by Marriott Set to Partner with Face School Foundation

In its commitment to supporting the local community and arts education, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Old Montreal has planned a series of events and initiatives throughout 2017 to raise funds and awareness for the FACE School Foundation. These events include:

- Four “Art of Local” events, where local artists will perform for hotel guests and staff. They will be held midweek in March, June, September and December in the hotel lobby from 5 to 7 p.m. Each event will be an opportunity for attendees to donate to the foundation.

- A monthly “Jeans Day” at the hotel, in which employees will be able to pay $5 to wear jeans to work, instead of their uniform and 100 percent of the money raised will be donated to the foundation.

- Raffles at the hotel’s Summer Barbeque and Christmas Party. Both held annually, raffle tickets will be sold at the events for employees to enter for a chance to win a range of prizes, from spa treatments to hotel stays and more. All funds raised from raffle ticket sales will be donated to the foundation.

- A donation box, which will be installed at the hotel’s front desk, available for guests to contribute voluntary donations to the foundation.
