Graduation Ceremony And Party

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We have been actively preparing for your child’s graduation ceremony and dance. Please take note of the following information. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to communicate with your child’s teacher.

Graduation Day: June 22nd, 2022
Location: Elizabeth Ballantyne School Gym
Ceremony: To begin at 6:30 PM (approx. 1 hour)

Graduates are to arrive NO LATER than 6 P.M.

Following the ceremony, graduates, parents, and family are invited to exit the Gymso that we can transform it into a reception area for the graduates. Teachers, both current and former, will be on hand to help celebrate the graduates.

The Kitchen 73 food truck will be on hand for the graduates’ dinner. They will have a choice of chicken nuggets, 2 hot dogs, or a veggie sandwich. All meals include fries, a drink, & dessert. Additional water bottles will be available to students throughout the night.

DJ Fabio will provide dancing music and a photo booth to help capture the night’s memories.

Parents are asked to pick up their children by 10:30 PM via the Gym door on Percival.

Please RSVP your child’s participation in the graduation ceremony and dinner dance by June 17th, 2022 to their Homeroom teacher.
