Back to School 2022-2023 | Supply List & Order Form
Dear Parents & Guardians,
Please find attached the 2022-2023 Supply List as well an order form for those supplies. As explained in the June newsletter, you can order all, some, or none of the supplies using the order form. If you choose, you will be able to pick-up your order(s) at Elizabeth Ballantyne school on Tuesday, August 17th, 2022 from 4PM to 7PM. Please note that orders picked up at school must be pre-paid. Reminder: this is an optional service intended to help facilitate the school supply buying process.
A hard copy of this order form will be sent to you as well. In addition, both the lists and the order forms will be posted on the EBS website.
Deadline to make your purchases is: July 16, 2022.
Finally, please note that a portion of the sales will come back to Elizabeth Ballantyne school for use next year.
